Multispiritual clergy organizing in love and solidarity with community, working for justice and peace, and honoring all that is sacred in creation.

The Colorado Clergy Alliance represents over 160 clergy, and we’re growing!

When clergy come together for the liberation of all people, there is power in our voice and presence.

What is the Colorado Clergy Alliance?

A multispiritual and multifaith-rooted movement
of clergy who organize, resist, and show up—together.

01

Our Commitment

Rooted in our commitment to love, solidarity, nonviolence, and the sacredness of all creation, the Colorado Clergy Alliance actively and prophetically opposes every force that diminishes, excludes, or dehumanizes: fascism, Christian Nationalism, white supremacy, all forms of supremacy and genocide, economic inequality, racism, misogyny, transphobia, xenophobia, and ableism. We understand these are not isolated issues but are interlocking systems of harm violating the dignity of all people and desecrating the sacred.

02

Our Resistance

Our resistance is relational—built in the streets, in sanctuaries, in community spaces, and across difference—because we believe that deep, accountable relationships are themselves a form of resistance. Progressively and radically organized, we go to the root of injustice rather than merely tending to the symptoms, to stand alongside and follow the leadership of those most harmed by these systems.

03

Our Presence

We are clergy who show up—in solidarity actions, in public witness, in the hard and holy work of challenging harmful systems and building a world where every person is seen, protected, and free.

Why Now, Why Us

We are organizing at a moment of profound urgency. Across the country, we are witnessing what is possible when communities refuse to be silent: in Minneapolis, the response to the murder of George Floyd and the ongoing struggle to honor Indigenous land and sovereignty shows us what moral courage in the streets can look like.

The need for organized, prophetic clergy presence has never been greater.
